Are you referring to the nomination approval? I hope so, becaue the assignment given, to oversee this set of cases, has Rosenstein cut out of the loop.
On nominations, I doubt Rosenstein was in the driver's seat. He may have had a voice, but more as a courtesy. You would be surprised at all the places input comes from on these nominations.
