Rossum had a good deal more to say on social media. She responded to the news of Roseanne’s phone call with Donald Trump, tweeting, “@potus called ROSEANNE to congratulate her on her ratings. This reinforces that he truly only cares about ‘ratings’ and popularity and what’s on TV. What is it all coming to?”
So the networks never cared about ratings? How did this woman manage to keep working on TV?

I didn’t see the show, but understand her sister on the show was strongly anti Trump. So I can imagine they had some back and forth discussion. So now are the liberals saying you can’t even have that discussion about Trump, that everything said must support an anti Trump narrative?
