Horowitz is supposed to report all improprieties to the AG, But since Sessions recused himself on so many investigations, then Horowitz would be reporting his findings to the AAG...Rosenstein. I was hoping that Rosenstein would be out of the loop somehow.

AAG= deputy AG. I incorrectly call the Deputy AG, the Assistant AG, hence AAG, but I see there is actually a assistant AG on the pecking order.

No busting your chops, but " on so many investigations" is vague and indefinite. Recusals are not vague and indefinite.

Sessions has recused from NOTHING that OIG Horowitz is investigating.

Horowitz jurisdiction is error by DOJ. Error by DOJ is not crime by Clinton, is not crime by Clinton Foundation, is not crime by Trump campaign, is not crime by Clinton campaign.
