Thanks for the link. Those chan boards are a real mess, full of silly reaches in trying to link things together, IMO.
As with the 666 thing and Jared. Jared wanted a big monster of a building in the center of Manhattan and that’s what he got. It was a terrible deal and has led him and his family to all kinds of sketchy efforts to get bailed out, especially of a balloon loan soon to come due.
But the 8chan chatter is ridiculous, such as the poster with the faux-Q style trying to suggest audio and video from the top-floor restaurant back in the ‘80s as being relevant, or Lucent Technologies somehow being relevant. (Lucent was merged into Alcatel in 2006 and the Kushners didn’t buy the building until 2007.)
I agree. After your skip by 3/4 of the posts which are some form of inane trolling, the bulk of the remaining 1/4 are indeed silly reaches (to be kind).
I don't spend a lot of time pouring through them, but in my estimation there may be some value in 1-2% of the posts.
Really!??!!
Just pulling your leg. Pretty much any decent discussion of Q goes off the rails here and there. It has to. I do agree that 8ch is especially messy, fairly high volume rate of posts.
Appreciate the facts you bring to the table on the value and timing of the real estate deal; as well as timing relationship wrt/Lucent-Alcatel merger.
