Back in 88 or 89 during high school, there was a planted cop who was an undercover cop.
He had most of the shtick down but most people saw right through him. He lasted maybe a week.
Too many reruns of 21 Jump Street I suppose inspired that operation.
Do you really think the Broward County Sheriff would go undercover in schools while simultaneously trying to STOP arresting school kids in the name of ending the so-called "school to prison pipeline?"

I thought his father was a retired FBI agent. Omar Mateen, the PULSE nightclub shooter's father Seddique Mateen was an FBI informant for years. Maybe you got them mixed up.

We had a couple Narcs at my high school in the 80s. I was the only long hair metal head in drama class, and these two guys showed up one day, obviously much older than the rest of us 16-18 year olds. They picked me out as a possible informant and asked me all kinds of questions about where to “hang out” during lunch and after school....I had my smarts and brushed them off. They were gone in a few weeks.
