My one regret is that I didn’t do so. We’ e been married 33 years and I just realized it when my daughters’ fiancés asked me. Looking back, it was arrogant and thoughtless of me.

It was my second marriage, first wife died after 21 years (cancer) and my fiancee' was over 30 .....

Her father looked at me like I was a jerk and said (I have to believe my Filipina wife translated correctly because I had NO idea except for the look on his face ... which matched the words .. )

She's old enough to make up her own mind.
