This was discussed in the Senate. It was agreed that the law does ban lever action 22lr firearms that hold more than 10. To make it clear, that means those firearms cannot be passeed down to the owners inheritors. They are forfeited to the state upon the owners passing.
And just how do they know who all has ‘em. Like people are going to voluntarily turn in the old .22

So they did acknowledge (for sure) they are _banning_ Henry and all the other lever action rifles???
