A grown man punching a 5year old can EASILY kill (or worse) them. I’d be clearing leather and sending lead downrange if he stuck around because I wouldn’t give him a 2nd chance to kill a child.
Of course, let’s say the cops saw this and ended up shooting him to prevent further attacks. There would be marches against the cops for shooting another “unarmed man”. This scumbag would also be eulogized for being a “kind soul” who was “turning his life around”.
