Interesting approach, and I love the attempt... but don't be so sure that SCOTUS will back this play. The Women do not care about the Constitution or Precedents, only their opinions matter, and they won't like this humiliation of their Democrats. Only 2 of the remaining 6 need to oppose, and the Trump Card being played here will be for naught... and The Swamp can surely buy/threaten/coerce those 2, in their fight for survival.

Well yes, that is true. But you know even a loss in the courts can be a win in the polls. Even if one knew going in they were going to lose in the courts, at least you showed your base you are fighting for it. it is a multi-dimrnsional world. just writing those letters is bringing some folks back in the fold.
