-- I thought I saw that Gen. Flynn filed a motion to vacate his plea? Or did I conjure that? --

I figure pretty much any statement or speculation as been printed, so it's likely that you saw that assertion.

Docket for United States v. FLYNN - District of Columbia Fed. Dist. Court Case 1:17-cr-00232

No motion to vacate.

-- I think Sessions is quietly taking down this cartel a little at a time. --

I don't think he is asleep at the switch. There is lots of rot to root out, and he can't (and shouldn't even try to) do it single-handedly. Some pretty big fish are going to be in a hot kettle. By the book.

I remember hearing that somebody had tried filing something from outside the case and there I see, from January 15, 2018:

LEAVE TO FILE DENIED- Vast Right-Wing United Way Cabal Infiltrating & Undermining Trump Law & Order Cabinet as to MICHAEL T. FLYNN. This document is unavailable as the Court denied its filing. Signed by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on 1/15/18. (tl) (Entered: 01/19/2018)

An internet search yields obituaries for a late Michael Flynn who was on "United Way Board, Mary Greeley Medical Center Board". I wonder what this kooky filing was for + from?

Meanwhile ... check these out:

Texas man who allegedly had weapons stockpile in Boston-area hotel says he was on a classified mission

A Texas man who was arrested Sunday after police said they found a weapons stockpile that included an AK-47, AR-15 and bump stock in his hotel room told investigators that he was on a classified government mission, The Lowell Sun reported.

Francho S. Bradley, 59, and Adrianne D. Jennings, 40, were taken into custody after Bradley called police to the hotel room to report that someone was breaking in. Police responded and found the weapons, the report said.

UPDATE: Texas man facing Tewksbury weapons charges said he was on classified government mission - Francho Bradley, of 4378 Ballymena Lane, Frisco, Texas, called police Sunday about 3:47 p.m. to report he believed someone was trying to break into his room at the Marriott Residence Inn, 1775 Andover St., according to Tewksbury police. ... Bradley and his common law wife, Adrianne Jennings, 40, of 8247 Brightside Lane, Frisco, Texas, were both detained when they returned to the hotel. Bradley has an active firearms license from Texas, but it is not valid in Massachusetts, according to police. ... in one paragraph of the police report, officers noted Bradley got parking tickets in the same part of Cambridge on successive days, even though he claimed to have no ties to the city. That made officers suspect he may have been conducting surveillance, according to a police report, which also notes that the March for Our Lives was held in Boston this weekend.

Police Report - Francho went onto say the he can't tell us what he does for works or why he has all the guns with him, but that he is down in this area working for a government agency that is dealing with a virus. I asked Francho what agency he works for, but he stated he couldn't tell us, and that if we found out what he was doing, we would have to be writing reports for a long time, due to the fact it is classified."
