Right. I don't think it's a "Constitutional crisis" either.

Instead, it is a merely a massive crisis involving a violation of our Constitutional rights (which at first blush seems to me what Q is saying).

Let me add to that statement that I am still on my first cup o' Joe and still clawing my way our of my morning fog.;-)

I'll coopt a #Metoo on that count.

I said earlier this morning that I view the FedGov of the past 100 years as a constitutional crisis of it's own, as the Feds are way outside the boundaries of the constitution. Since all three braches are in cahoots in this expansion of power against the people and the states, this situation is a different form of constitutional crisis.

Just admitting my own inconsistency.
