In the case the critics do not matter because all the Disney princess wanna be's will be dragging their parents to see this. From what I read about the showings before the Broadway opening be prepared for girls and tweens to shot in your ear "singing" the lyrics.

Unbelievable that they cast a BLACK man for “Kristoff” (Anna’s love interest). A Black man, in a place (Norway) and time where one would never even have been seen, let alone welcomed into a royal relationship. But as we know, “cultural appropriation” is fine if it is White culture being sullied.

I believe this show is completely sold-out until the end of this year. I don’t think Disney is too worried about what the critics have to say about it, unless they are rich 13 year old girls.
