They’re really agitating over nothing. Unless the “transwomen” still want to be fathers and the “transmen” mothers?
Maybe to them, “sterile” means incapable of sexual feelings.

What’s what I was thinking... for a completed cosmetic surgery, you’d remove everything that was the opposite of what you wanted - remove the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and mold a penis - or remove the penis and testicles, and mold a vagina. Either way, once done, you’re no longer able to procreate. I see nothing wrong with their posture that *IF* the government is going to pay for it, you have to be 100% sterile, and abide by a no-kids clause. If you’re so mentally damaged you need to do that to your body, frankly, it’s child abuse to allow you to have kids, in any capacity.
Regardless, you’re not changing your sex - it’s either XX or XY, and that’s all there can be of that.
