I posted the tweet here, and the FR website stamped my post as 8:59 am EDT, 5:59 in Fresno. At that moment, my browser shoed the twet as 4 minutes old, and the tweet bears a timestamp that translates to 8:55 EDT.

Everything aligns just so, just right, no timing anomoly whatsoever.

Yes ... both you & bagster, I believe, were on it ... somebody may be hitting the sauce a little early this AM. It seemed to me that there was already talk of Mattis calling the WH about the tweet even before 9:55 AM EST.
