Even if there is a way to "game the system" to build the wall, I think Trump is playing a longer game here. Battle over the wall when NK and Iran, and other globalist subterfuge can be disrupted?
As it is, Congress is the lax cop on securing the border, and that failure is a pressure point. Why take away the pressure point? Not just take it away, but assume it.
Congress' No.1 goal right now? Impeach Trump.
Trump is dumb like a fox.
He got the military funding he really wanted and will eventually get the wall too.
