When all the talk of Wall started spent a couple of sleepless nights reading

Discovered the Roosevelt Reservation which gave us right away all along the southern border (1917 iirc) It includes the Texas / Rio Grand area too.

After that some interesting reads about managing the Rio Grand — flooding, needed damns, levees etc. Mexico was even anxious to take part. When the Army Corp was mentioned (used to drive by the signs several times a month on US 231) perked up ears.

Q keeps telling us watch the water ! Why not start in Texas?

There is money to replace equipment. TRucks, earthmovers are a part of an army (They are a part of our National Guard) We’ve had a couple of damn/ lakes built by the corp near by. They are part of military even though others belong. Good training and practice for those drivers who want careers once they leave military. Our roads and bridges would have well trained eager employees. JOBS ,JOBS, JOBS
