Thanks for that. I agree with it. When the authorities get a "See something, say something," they blow it off for various reaons, but they still need to have some high-profile busts and action to justify expanding their turf.

Plenty of examples of heavy handed action that came public, and a good rule of thiumb is for every one you see, there are at least a hundred you don't.
