ph
txhurl, it was by request. Your opinion is noted.
Just finished listening to this. Amazing. This guy must have had a crystal ball. So much of what he says is happening now. The hair on the back of my neck is still standing up.
2 hours long. He sounds kooky at first, with the alien stuff. But bare with him. He is talking in 1992, about current events today in 2018. Well worth your time.

But if that isn't it, realize this: Trump himself said the bill didn't fund the border wall, and that was one of the main reasons he wanted to veto it (but he didn't).
"I am considering a VETO of the Omnibus Spending Bill based on the fact that the 800,000 plus DACA recipients have been totally abandoned by the Democrats (not even mentioned in Bill) and the BORDER WALL, which is desperately needed for our National Defense, is not fully funded."

So there you have it - from the horse's mouth.
There is article after article, and Congressman after Congressman - who say the bill prohibits building the wall. Even if the language is not there, if it isn't funded in the bill, Trump cannot spend the money to do it (that would be against the law).
So - I guess it ain't happenin, unless Trump thinks he has some sort of trick up his sleeve. He may, but it doesn't look good. I guess he can try a "National Security" angle - but......well. Let's just say that is not only going to be a massive fight, I think the MSM/Left calls for Impeachment will go bananas.

I haven't heard about that for years.
The Acts provided for automatic spending cuts ("cancellation of budgetary resources", called "sequestration") if the total discretionary appropriations in various categories exceed in a fiscal year the budget spending thresholds.[4] That is, if Congress enacts appropriation bills providing for discretionary outlays in each fiscal year that exceed the budget totals, unless Congress passes another budget resolution increasing the budget amount, an across-the-board spending cut in discretionary expenditure is automatically triggered on these categories, affecting all departments and programs by an equal percentage. The amount exceeding the limit is held back by the Treasury and not transferred to the agencies specified in the appropriation bills.[5] Under the 1985 Act, allowable deficit levels were calculated for the eventual elimination of the federal deficit. If the budget exceeded the allowable deficit, across-the-board cuts were required. Directors of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) were required to report to the Comptroller General regarding their recommendations for how much must be cut. The Comptroller General then evaluated these reports, made his own conclusion, and gave a recommendation to the President, who was then required to issue an order effecting the reductions required by the Comptroller General unless Congress made the required cuts by other ways within a specified amount of time.
Trump may be trying to sequester domestic spending.
What an unfortunate fool. He becomes a representative of the cabal probably only weeks before it becomes as despised as much as Nazis are
WOW!
This is the basics I think. Page 673-674

That would be a beautiful thing.
"These are my MK-ULTRA eyes."
Wasn’t he some kind of never Trumper?
But one thing to keep in mind is that defense spending is also discretionary spending. So if Trump implements this, it also affects the same defense spending the President Trump just lauded as the only highlight to the omnibus.
Hitler youth, or maybe Young pioneers! Especially Hitlerjungen when he does that Clenched Fist salute.
