I will personally enable the mass manufacturing of suits against any and all Democrat officeholders if this stands. I’ll put up a website, a fill-in-the-blank claim form, and generate PDFs for people to file. Everything will be designed to maximize the financial devastation to the targets.

Republicans can in fact play this game. Choosing not to do so out of humility and/or restraint is not the same as being incapable.
