Sessions should go and get a restraining order against the publisher on the proceeds from any such book pending Comey’s exoneration or conviction. You’re not allowed to profit from a crime, and until Comey is acquitted or convicted, those funds should be escrowed.
Comey hasn’t been charged with a crime. Sessions has been too busy praising Hillary-fixer Rosenstein.
