These Fed employees have every advantage over our combat troops who must have 20 years or be medically retired. At 20 most only get 50% of base pay. Those who max out the years for their pay grade or attain higher ranks like an O-6 and 30 years get about 75%.

Where’s the advantage? Most Fed employees get 1% of their highest three years salary for every year they put in. So, to get that “only 50%” you claim is so horrible, a civilian FedGov employee would have to work nearly 50 years. Why not educate yourself before posting inanities.
