It's been awhile since I've traded stocks but IIRC, the CEO's and other top company officials have to set to sell stocks way ahead in advance. I can't remember what the time period is but it has to be set in motion way in advance.

That tells me these execs have known things are coming apart for them for some time. Probably President Trump's Executive Order in December was the trigger.
