So, all the official itinerary nations DO have extradition w/US, BUT, he’ll be close enough to Indonesia, Melanesia, Marshalls, Micronesia, Vanuatu, Samoa and Cambodia that if SHTF, he could bolt. I think zer0 is too arrogant to claim sanctuary on some boring little island nation in the Pacific. He could also take a 2-hr tour and be out of territorial waters and vulnerable.
