If Flynn prevails in a civil case for being railroaded, the penalties could go a ways toward making him whole again.
He wouldn’t rate government housing, IMO, but would not be surprised he reassessed and decided to make a total change in his life. I read he considered the effects on his son. Could be the entire narrative of legal fees making him sell his house was exaggerated to mask more closely-held reasons.
Too make him look pitiful, weak, and like a victim. Kinda how one will feign an injury before one strikes. Something about "knows where the bodies are buried."
