McCabe is facing criminal charges and he'll never get "passed" on, for any government job now. And an FBI pension does NOT work re bringing it over to a different department's government job. It's not like a 401K.
The IG report will claim that McCabe leaked info about ongoing investigations to the press. He can go to jail for a long time if Jeff Magoo decides to prosecute.
