Or parts of New York after Sandy. Another good reason for me to tithe to the Salvation Army, which I do, since they provide for the "least of these", which could be any of us in a disaster, and they also preach the word of the Lord, which gives people hope, meaning they'd be less likely to riot, murder, etc., IMO.

Oh, and FEMA, Red Cross? BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! Even the corporate scum do better than these folks in helping out people who need it, IMO.
