Breast milk helps infants immune systems but too many mothers today don’t want droopy boobs so fed their babies formula.

In the first couple of days after birth, breast milk contains colostrum which is a rich source of protective antibodies to whatever agents the mother was exposed to. This is a form of passive immunity passed to the infant before their gut wall closes and prevents absorption. There is a downside to saggy boobs but this is not one of them.
