Alter Kaker - you live up to your name. I know Yiddish. Should have just written it in English _=- Great Know It All.

It is not illegal to belong to the American Nazi Party (all 35 of them). I don’t believe it has even been so though German-American Bundists were rounded up during WW2 as either enemy aliens or potential saboteurs.

“Supporting the Nazi Party means support for an organization that advocated the overthrow of the US Government and violated the Smith Act”. Wrong again.

The Smith Act was aimed mainly at the Communist Party USA which was found in a US Supreme Court decision to be an “arm of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union”, i.e. it’s communist government and whose aim was found by the SC to “advocate the overthrow of the U.S Constitution” and political system by force or violence if necessary.

However, the CPUSA was not made to register as an agent of a foreign power by one of the same court decisions (possibly Brandenburg vs. the US), because forcing them to register would be making them incriminate themselves or something to that effect.

US courts, with dumbassed rulings by dumbassed, ignorant liberal judges, he ruled that the Trotskyite “Social Workers Party” was under illegal FBI surveillance EVENTHOUGH IT ILLEGALLY BELONGED TO the old Trotskyite “Fourth International” according to their own internal documents published by the House Internal Security Committee in their series on the Hanoi Lobby organizations known as the “Peoples Coalition for Peace & Justice (CPUSA controlled) and the National Peoples Action Coalition (NPAC) SWP controlled.

Perhaps you should study some history yourself.

Try the very old “The Communist Party: What It Is; How It Works, A Handbook for Americans”, Dec. 21, 1955, Senate Internal Security Subcommittee/Sen. Jud. Com; and the HCUA (House Committee on Un-American Activities) publications H.R. Report No. 1920, “Report on the Communist Party of the United States as an Advocate of Overthrow of Government by Force and Violence”, May 11, 1948, 80th Congress plus the earlier “House Report No. 209 (there is irony in that number if you know anything about the CPUSA) “Communist Party of the United States as an Agent of a Foreign Power”, April, 1 1947, 80th Congress.

Perhaps you should change your name to “Internet Shister”.

The Smith Act was passed in 1940 and was definitely used against Nazis. You’re correct that it has been used more often against Communists - not sure how that invalidates my point.
