Good discernment re Dilley and what he "adds" to the narrative.
However there were a couple "Q" posts alluding to such which Dilley then ran with; whether he actually has real sources or he's just extrapolating "Q" posts and current events (like Mattis going to Gitmo @ Christmas) ... like the rest of us ...

The TELL.
How can we listen in, track, and monitor American citizens
[bad actors]?
[We hear you].
[We see you].
What must we LEGALLY demonstrate in order to gain such warrants?
FISA?
Do we TRUST the FISA judges?
MIL INTEL?
State Secrets?
Why is this relevant?
Who can we TRUST?
Expand your thinking.

Well, when Obama wanted to go around FISA, he used MI6.

I meant to add Five Eyes to MI6 as to whom we might use.
Per Wiki...
"Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY have been spying on one another's citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on surveillance of citizens."

Military Commissions Act of 2006(I think supersedes your link)
Sec. 948d. Jurisdiction of military commissions
The Supreme Court of the United States ruled in Boumediene v. Bush (2008) that the MCA constituted an unconstitutional encroachment of habeas corpus rights
Following debate in the House and Senate, the final law revoked Habeas Corpus protections only for non-citizens:
(e)(1) No court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider an application for a writ of habeas corpus
example, if a citizen, was picked up outside a military base, they could walk across the street and file a habeas corpus petition with the courts.
So the only way to have military tribunals is with marshal law and again I don’t see how that is accomplished without it looking like a coup. Maybe if enough of all this dirt we have uncovered would become mainstream.
