I can handle it about once every couple months. Mild Mexican.
Can’t understand the popularity of it.

What I like is a couple of fried eggs, fried in Kerrygold Irish butter, with a slab of bacon and a thick slice of swiss cheese on a toasted sprouted English muffin (Ezeikel 4:9).
I've had that for breakfast for about the past year - along with a container of Siggi's whole-milk yogurt and either blackberries or blueberries.
Then about two cups of hot black coffee on the way to work.
