Right in the tail end of New York Fashion Week, the new Hell’s Kitchen gay bar from Ben Maisani, Atlas Social Club, opened up earlier this week with a bang and a fantastic group of celebs in attendance.
Anderson Cooper fulfilled his boyfriend duties and attended in support, bro’ing out with Andy Cohen in their casual tees. They were joined in the crowd of the dimly lit bar (filled with lounges, plush sofas and wallpaper made from vintage fitness magazines) by Alan Cumming, Ellen Barkin, Kelly Ripa and hubby Mark Consuelos, Eve, and everyone’s favorite EGOTer, Whoopi Goldberg, who chatted about the bar the next day on The View saying she had a marvelous time.
