I wouldn’t call it evolution, so no new dna is being encoded, just genes we have from birth being switched on or off- so I’d call it more adaptation than anything. But yes, we certainly adapt to our environment quickly. If we didn’t we’d be dead. Imagine having to wait billions of years to adapt to zero g
