Couple thoughts.
If the number of sealed federal indictments is much higher than average; and it appears to be, then that in itself is significant.
These are not municiple, county or state crimes, but federal.
I don’t know if “not one of these has been opened” or not; seems to me the first couple lists I saw later had some that were unsealed and didn’t appear to be swamp corruption related, but that was months ago.
So what if the number even if 18,000 is a tiny fraction of the entire US population. We’re not concerned with millions of people, we’re concerned with swamp denizen criminals. There aren’t millions of them.
And we won’t know until we know. Right now we don’t know.
