I think rogue elements of the CIA are on the run, possibly in other countries. But they are being hunted.
Trump would not have moved Pompeo from the CIA without the CIA being sufficiently defanged first.
What is left of the CIA—the white hats—will be rolled into Military Intellignce and the NSA. Q has said CIA>NSA before.
That would be so nice. One agency I would like to see burn.
