DOJ intimidates banks and law abiding company’s to settle in lawsuits to steal their money and use it to keep the DNC/Deep State in power.

In FY2014 the total money allotted to “PASS THROUGH” entities was $455,790,000.00
In FY2015 the total money allotted increased to $1,958,835,000.00
FY2016 $2,219,900,000.00
AT THE SAME TIME that the funding was quadrupled and quintupled the reporting requirements (previously used to prevent fraud) were significantly reduced.

ALSO at the same time the allowable uses of the funds were significantly expanded to allow such things as money spent on buildings, furniture, cars, offices, housing, transportation, hiring volunteers, advertising, etc.

ALSO, at the same time they significantly expanded the definition of VICTIM. To include perceived victims - think snowflakes - non-citizen victims, incarcerated victims, convicted felons, etc etc etc.

There are examples of crime victim funds being used to pick up paroled violent offenders, transport them to another location within their state, pay for their housing, and sign them up to vote.
This translates into… driving someone to a swing vote district, getting them a place to stay, and signing them up to vote. Many times these people then became paid volunteers, yes paid with DOJ VOCA dollars, to then advocate for criminal justice reform and help assist other “victims” with the same assistance they received. I.e. get more people to purple districts, get them connected, get them registered to vote, etc.
OBAMA Whitehouse/DOJ role:
While all of this was happening at the DOJ the Obama administration was filing many lawsuits aimed at large banks and subsequently settling these lawsuits for hundreds of millions/billions of dollars. ALL OF THESE FUNDS WERE ALLOCATED TO VOCA’s CRIME VICTIM FUND.

AT THE SAME TIME the Tides Center (Liberal block box money laundering group) Open Society Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Public Welfare Foundation, and others - need help digging on who the others were - were funding a group called The Alliance for Safety and Justice, Equal Justice USA, Common Justice and tasked them with locating state based non-profits, helping them get more funding from (VOCA, TC OSF, FF, PWF, etc) and help them organize grassroots level support from victims of crime and election related activities.
AT THE SAME TIME - the OSF was funding Black Lives Matter. BLM was used to create and identify new “victims” to “assist” and “connect” them to this movement. Aka “pay” them for their vote with assistance/money.
