I have always had lousy "facial recognition circuitry". For a few seconds I actually thought the man in black might be "CLFK" (my "pet" "Crazy Little Fat Kid" acronym for Kim Jong Un).
But, then, I spotted the little red flags with gold stars. The DPRK flag has a lone red star in a white circle on a red field -- which has white & blue upper and lower edges. It's the Chinese flag that is red, with gold stars.
The point of this exercise is that we need lots of eyes & brains looking at these video frames. Everyone can help!
