Friend Rooster, the kind of judging which is forbidden to Christians, is presuming a judge another person's inner life (which you cannot see) and their future eternal destiny (which you cannot know.)

That means you cannot judge them in a state of grace or a state of mortal sin --- subjectively speaking --- nor certainly saved nor certainly damned.

Other things, observable and objective things, do call for judgment.

We can judge

These things we "may" judge, and sometimes "must"
