According to the story they had been separated for awhile. I guess he’s still “cheating” by that standard just because he’s still married but lots and LOTS of men, including our current president, left loveless marriages behind via a separation before the legal process played out and untied the assets that still constituted a legal marriage. Just another example of government messing up marriage by getting its greedy mitts into it.
