CNN was able to fit in a discussion about North Korea somewhere between their round-the-clock Stormy Daniels coverage?

Careful Erin , not following the party line can be hazardous to your career. And possibly your health.

Trump would go down "as a great president" if he could solve the North Korea problem.

Erin is setting him up.

She doesn't expect Trump to succeed, because, nobody else has been able to do it, and Erin expects the same, and then, she and CNN can deride him as a big failure, sorta like they've been doing to him for the last 3 years.

Great Presidents do their job and don’t worry about their legacies.

Lesser presidents worry about their legacies rather than doing their job.

The future will judge us in spite of ourselves, do what is right and not worry about what they might say.

It amazes me that there are even some FReepers—the #NeverTrump crowd, obviously—who are refusing to give President Trump any credit for this astounding development.

Even if things are only at a preliminary stage, the parameters are just incredible. The Leftist MSM could hardly believe what they were reporting—hence, some of the rare moments of objectivity (such as Erin Burnett's) which slipped through.

Of course, the Morning Joe crowd beclowned themselves by trying to asert that the development—which was obviously months in the making—was somehow engineered as a distraction from the Stormy Daniels story...

Anthony Cumia: “If, on the heels of this economic upswing, Trump is actually able to broker a nuke deal after meeting face to face with Kim Jong Un, the Democrats might as well just run a garden rake in 2020.”

The NK military has vast privilege, would they let Kim make a deal or mount a coup against him ? They have much to lose.

Pro or con, I’m pretty chagrined how this is all being spun. Nothing has happened yet, and almost everyone is taking sides. There are probably a dozen possibilities, perhaps two of which have any sort of benefit. I’m OK being cautiously optimistic but I don’t see any reason for celebrating any sort of accomplishment because nothing has been accomplished.

The MSM is going nuts. Three previous presidents played with their weewees and paid the billions in tribute for the last 24 years and in a year Trump has gotten the turd to the negotiating table .... MSM LOSERS wrong again!

That was in the morning.
By afternoon Trump is a dimwit that will be rolled by Kim.
