Well, I admit I didn’t listen to the lyrics. I seldom do - I’m more of a musical kind of guy. But those lyrics aren’t particularly friendly to our society or any society in general really. Very underworld-oriented.
The song’s notoriety is due to half of it being gunfire reports. ‘All I wanna do boom boom boom boom’ plus the clicks of trigger cocks. Band owner/singer is an upper-class, educated dothead... strange all around.
