It was between 7:10 and 7:20 EST that I saw it. I’m not sure if Trump started right at 7 or not, but the guy with the photo definitely happened near the beginning of the rally.

Wait a minute. Go to 3:27 of the video. There is a “edit” and the whole crowd changes. Wig guy is totally gone and all the people are different. How strange.

Okay, after more looking, it seems my problem was the different camera angles. If the angle is more from the right, you can see the chicks with the pink signs and wig dude. Also, it may be a Dudley Do Right hat. And I think you're right. He seems to have disappeared near the end of the speech. Sorry for the confusion. I'm just always on the lookout for bogusrey.
This is a legit clue.
