I can tell you I would think you have to be 100% right in making other changes in the body.

Most people have an adrenaline rush now and then when they get scared or excited about something, but most people I know don’t ever have that chance to experience it longer term, something more than a 10 second rush.

It’s been a few years, but back in 2000, I raced a factory stock car on a 1/3 mile dirt track. We ran 20 second laps so that is a 60mph average speed, meaning (a guess) about 70 at the end of the straight when you tap the brake and yank the wheel into a hard left turn sliding sideways at about 50 around the banked corners. Think about that on the freeway next time... That was the biggest Adrenaline rush I could imagine after I came in from my first practice session. Do it in the middle of 20 other cars for 20 or 25 laps and well I just cant really explain it... But if you ever heard an interview with John Force after he got out of the car at the end of the track, I finally realized why he was always YELLING! Sometimes it felt like the race would never end, you keep having cautions or whatever, so you in that race you are up and down so much, by the end of those, you were totally drained. Always made me wonder how the Nascar guys lasted HOURS, because our cars were just some toys out playing compared to what they were doing at 200+mph.

I got ADDICTED instantly. I used to drag race and there was some in a quick run, but it was NOTHING compared to this... I wanted my car on the track anytime it was open for practice even, partially just to learn but the adrenaline was a factor. Ever hear the term Adrenaline Junkie?? It is REAL! At the end of a season, I felt 10 years younger.

Sort of like sneaking around trying not to be seen putting a Q Anon post-it up has started to do... The first one I did two days ago on the soda machine at 7-11 was still there tonight... LOL I wonder how many hundreds of big gulps they sell every day??

Did you ever drive in New York City around the 1980’s? Before they tightened up the traffic laws. The rules back then were basically anything goes. I was somewhat young and immature. Everyone drove like they were on a NASCAR track, and it was actually safer if you could drive faster than the rest of the cars. Or so we told ourselves. My friends always wanted me to drive, and I was more than willing. High adrenaline.
