Not gonna get in to motives BUT consider: anything can be bad bad in excess. Even water, for heaven sake.
So just don’t drink glasses of it sheesh.
I don’t have any “motives” here except better understanding and health for all. I don’t assume NIH is right but when they say no scientific evidence of benefits yet significant risks I would not just dismiss that, either. Sheesh.
