There are some contradictions in the narrative which says the problem is the male immune response to the virus. That brings up the question, is perhaps then the male response to vaccine, which mimics in infection and subsequent immune response, also not robust?

The issue with this - is that they pretty much offer it to preteens or teens before they have had any sexual encounters. The vaccination is not offered to those who have already become sexually active.
