You don’t just get 5 moves in and say check mate and the game is over.

You can do that. Also in as little as 2/3 moves if your opponent makes the wrong moves.

Great points, like I said I should have thought and come up with better example, but have gone with the chess analogy for the rest of the battle too, can’t change horses mid-stream. Just don’t think that happens with world class competitors too often... Those 2 are even more perfect world and you know it would not work if you were playing against multiple opponents, all watching your moves. More of a beginners thing. Like I said I won with the 4 move one back in the day. It was always a good way to start to see if your opponent knew what was going on and just see what happened.
