There is this same beat up Winnebago that makes the round of Walmart parking lots around here. They move everyday so they are not hassled.

Drugs, booze, dysfunction, dementia, health issues, families who have cut off ties. They're unemployable. The motor homes they live in don't run. They're not going anywhere.
