Sorry folks - I was spit-balling without doing my research.
Vault7 leak was Snowden

Got it. I was kinda wondering. That’s the way it is, with Q interpretation. Very raw, hard to organize. I’ve been way off target so many times.
But so much better than cable news.

One thing of note is that Vault7 came from the 'company' vs. no-such-agency. This started right after Trump's election and continued through last year. The missile control stuff was IMO very dangerous to have been exposed. But otherwise these things are interesting because they go to the "Russia" narrative showing that documents produced by CrowdStrike and/or "Guccifer2" could well have been created by those parties for redirection. If the target of Snowden's prior dumps was no-such-agency then the target of Vault7 was the 'company'. It always struck me as curious & we don't know if Wikileaks had these for some time before publishing though Assange has said they publish things promptly and, of course, they don't say who / where such things come from - I think it's only been assumed Vault7 came from Snowden, too - but they're different sets of data with different sets of exposure +/- intent.
