English! It was the night of O’s first election or the next day. As part of the big dim celebration some reporter asked Richardson how he felt and Richardson said he was excited and said O was the first immigrant to be elected POTUS. Remember at the time Richardson was expecting a cabinet position so he was being sincere, not snarky.

You remember Richardson tried to run for President? His official bio says he was born in California. The word on the street is he was actually born in Mexico and somehow managed to get the records doctored up to show he was born in the US. Birds of a feather...
