Absolutely correct. She would never make this claim if she couldn’t prove it. Every hard drive can be identified through information that is as unique as a fingerprint, and which takes a second to collect using free software.
Do not doubt her.

What would you think if I told you the hard drive of one of my personal computers was secretly switched out w/another while in custody of the Justice Dept. Inspector General-- before they gave it back to me?
I'd think someone should be hanged by the neck in the middle of D.C. around lunchtime on a Wednesday....
