Try getting some dish soap and a pump insecticide spray outfit. Stir 2 tablespoons of dish soap to a gallon of water in the tank, then screw on the lid and pump it up. Spray your yard with it, esp. any sandy areas.

Diatomaceous earth spread around might also work but do it when there’s not going to be rain for a few days.

We put a teaspoon of dish soap in a quart of apple cider vinegar and cut holes in the lid. The vinegar attracts them and the dish soap kills them. We put those around the property and in the house.
